| Abstract (German): | "Auf der Grundlage einer mühsamen Datenerhebung zeigt sich, dass einerseits bei Lehrerinnen und Lehrern ein hoher Ersatzbedarf besteht, der sich noch verschärfen wird, dass aber andererseits die meisten Kultusministerien in geringerem Maße einstellen (können), als sie selbst es vorhergesehen und -gesagt haben. Eine stärkere Planungssicherheit und deren Transparenz sind dringend nötig." Die Untersuchung enthält quantitative Daten. Forschungsmethode: empirisch-quantitativ; empirisch; historisch.
