| Abstract (German): | Die starke Resonanz der Montessori-Pädagogik dürfte auf der zuversichtlichen Sicht kindlicher Fähigkeiten beruhen. Dieses Bild erscheint jedoch als einseitig und unzureichend, wenn man in den Schriften Maria Montessoris auch jene Aussagen zur Kenntnis nimmt, die sich auf erzieherische Aufgaben beziehen, die solche Fähigkeiten des Kindes erst herausfordern und entwickeln sollen. Ein so revidiertes Verständnis kann ein erweitertes Verständnis pädagogischen Handelns anregen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | That the pedagogy of Montessori is widely accepted can be attributed to an optimistical view of the childs competencies. However this point of view seems to be one-sided and insufficient as not so well known, but relevant ideas of Maria Montessori are not taken into account. Only educational guidance and influence can provoke and develop these competencies of the child. This extended view of educational necessities will lead to more differentiated conduct. (DIPF/Orig.) |
