| Abstract (German): | Schulentwicklung verbindet sich theoretisch häufig mit dem Konzept der "Lernenden Organisation", das freilich aus außerpädagogischen Kontexten in den pädagogischen Kontext importiert worden ist. Dieser Import bleibt jedoch nicht ohne Folgen für das Selbstverständnis von Schule, in letzter Konsequenz sogar mit der Gefahr einer Aufhebung ihres pädagogischen Auftrages. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | School development is theoretically frequently linked to the concept of the "learning organisation" which has been imported from non-pedagogical contexts into pedagogy. This import is not without consequences for the way school sees itself In the final analysis there is even the danger offailing to fulfil the pedagogical mission. (DIPF/Orig.) |
