| Abstract (German): | Nach Auffassung des Autors zeichnet sich in der Behindertenpolitik und in einschlägigen Fachdiskursen ein Paradigmenwechsel hin zu emanzipatorischen Ansätzen sozialer Integration ab. Er hat sich aber auf die Praxis im Umgang mit Behinderten bislang kaum ausgewirkt. Das nach Leistungsgesichtpunkten selektierende fünfgliedrige Schulsystem mit seinen strukturellen und didaktischen Behinderungen verhindert nachhaltig Integration und soziale Teilhabe. | Abstract (English): | The paradigm change apparent in policies and expert discourses concerning the emancipation of people with special needs thus far shows hardly any practical effects in dealing with handicapped persons. A prime obstacle is the strictly divided German school system with its structural and didactic impediments preventing lasting integration and social participation. (DIPF/Orig.) |
