| Abstract (German): | Immer mehr Lehrerinnen und Lehrer werden krankheitsbedingt vorzeitig pensioniert. Eine Befragung von 2834 betroffenen KollegInnen hat die Ursachen deutlich gemacht. Die Belastungsfaktoren unterscheiden sich nach Schulform sowie Geschlecht und werden persönlichkeitsspezifisch verarbeitet. Die Befunde machen nach Auffassung der Autoren Konsequenzen für die Aus- und Fortbildung von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern sowie bildungspolitische Maßnahmen erforderlich. (DIPF/Orig./Ba.) |
| Abstract (English): | More and more teachers - both male and female - are sent into early retirement due to health problems. The reasons have become clear in interviews of 2834 of affected teachers. The strain factors might be differentiated according to school form and gender and the coping strategies depend on the respective personality ofthe teacher. The findings point to consequences to be drawn concerning teacher education and further education for teachers as well as measures in educational policies. (DIPF/Orig.) |
