| Abstract (German): | In der Schule soll etwas geleistet werden, d.h. die Kinder sollen bis an ihre Grenzen gefordert werden. Aber dies soll nicht bedeuten, dass Kinder kontinuierlich verglichen werden und in Angst lernen. In der Schule soll eine Leistungskultur entwickelt werden statt eines Leistungskults. Ein moderner Jenaplan kann dies leisten und ist deshalb auch eine kritische Antwort auf einen einseitig ökonomisch-technischen Ansatz von Schulqualität. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | School should be the place for achievement, i.e. children should be pushed to their limits. However, this should not imply that children are constantly competing with each other and learning in fear. Achievement should he cultured and not worshipped. A modern Jenaplan might serve as a model and therefore also critically answers a one-sided 'managerialist' approach to school quality. (DIPF/Orig.) |
