| Abstract (German): | Das vorliegende Instrument wurde im Rahmen des drittmittelfinanzierten Projekts "Fortbildungsmonitoring NRW" (Fördergeber: Ministerium für Schule und Bildung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen) während des Zeitraums vom 01.04.2021 bis zum 31.12.2022 am Arbeitsbereich für Erziehungswissenschaftliche Bildungsforschung der Universität Potsdam unter der Leitung von Dirk Richter und Eric Richter entwickelt. Es wurde in insgesamt 200 schulexternen und schulinternen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen für Lehrkräfte und Schulleitungen, sowohl in Präsenz- als auch in Online-Formaten, erfolgreich pilotiert. Dieses Instrument wurde speziell für die Anwendung in der täglichen Fortbildungspraxis entwickelt und beruht auf den Erkenntnissen der Fortbildungsforschung. Es besteht aus 18 Items, die vier Qualitätsdimensionen abbilden: Klarheit und Struktur, Praxisbezug, kognitive Aktivierung und Austausch. Alle Items können aus der Sicht der Fortbildungsteilnehmenden bewertet werden. Die psychometrische Güte dieses Instruments wurde sorgfältig überprüft und weist eine zufriedenstellende Qualität auf. Eine entsprechende wissenschaftliche Publikation befindet sich derzeit im Begutachtungsprozess. Das Instrument kann unter Angabe der Quelle frei genutzt werden. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The present instrument was developed within the third-party funded project "Fortbildungsmonitoring NRW" (Sponsor: Ministry of School and Education of North Rhine-Westphalia) during the period from April 1, 2021, to December 31, 2022, at the Department of Educational Research at the University of Potsdam, under the direction of Dirk Richter and Eric Richter. It was successfully piloted in a total of 200 off-site and on-site training events for teachers and school administrators, both in face-to-face and online formats. This tool was specifically designed for use in day-to-day professional development practice and is based on the findings of professional development research. It consists of 18 items that represent four quality dimensions: clarity and structure, practical relevance, cognitive activation, and exchange. All items can be evaluated from the perspective of the training participants. The psychometric quality of this instrument was carefully examined and demonstrates satisfactory reliability and validity. A corresponding academic publication is currently under peer review. The tool can be used freely, provided the source is acknowledged. (Authors) |
