| Abstract (German): | In einem ersten Schritt wird – ausgehend vom Begriff der Krise – das Konzept der operativen Gruppe des argentinischen Psychoanalytikers Enrique Pichón-Rivière entfaltet. Das Settingkonzept wird als wesentliches Werkzeug der gruppendynamischen Professionalisierung in Hinblick auf deren Kompetenz – mit Gruppen zu arbeiten – vorgestellt. Soziale Kompetenzen werden hauptsächlich im Gruppenkontext entwickelt und verändert. Nicht selten fehlt es der Ausbildung von Lehrpersonen an der Vermittlung oder an Lehroptionen dieser spezifischen psychodynamischen Gruppenkompetenzen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In a first step – starting from the concept of crisis – the concept of the operative group (Grupo Operativo) by the Argentine psychoanalyst Enrique Pichón-Rivière is unfolded. The setting concept of the operative group is presented as an essential tool for the group dynamic professionalisation of teachers with regard to their competence – to work with groups. Social competences are mainly developed and changed in the group context. It is not uncommon for teacher training to lack the teaching or teaching options of these specific psychodynamic group competencies. (DIPF/Orig.) |
