| Abstract (German): | Kooperationen sind ein häufig thematisiertes Phänomen in der Schule und Lehrer*innenbildung. Allerdings liegen bislang kaum empirische Untersuchungen vor, die Kooperation im Praktikum und in einzelnen Unterrichtsphasen untersuchen und miteinander vergleichen. Hier setzt die vorliegende Studie an und nimmt den Kooperationsprozess - bestehend aus der Vorbereitungs-, Durchführungs- und Nachbereitungsphase - in den Blick. Anhand von Leitfadeninterviews wurden 30 Lehramtsstudierende der Pädagogischen Hochschule Bern befragt. Die Ergebnisse der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse zeigen neben eher seltener Kooperation durch gemeinsam verantwortetes Teamteaching häufige Formen von Austausch und Arbeitsteilung. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Cooperation is a common and widely addressed issue in school and teacher education. However, so far there is a paucity of empirical studies that examine cooperation in teacher-training practice and individual teaching phases and compare them with each other. Thus, this study focuses on the cooperation process, consisting of the preparation, performance and follow-up phases. Based on semi-structured interviews, 30 student teachers from the University of Teacher Education Bern were interviewed. The results of the qualitative content analysis revealed poor cooperation through mutually responsible team teaching but frequent forms of exchange and division of labour. (DIPF/Orig.) |
