Abstract (German):Die Übergangsforschung ist gegenwärtig vielfach institutionen- und organisationstheoretisch verengt. Dadurch entsteht u.a. ein instrumentelles Verständnis von Übergängen, in dem vor allem von 'Übergangsmanagement', 'Übergangsberatung', 'Kooperation' oder 'Erziehungspartnerschaft' gesprochen wird. Übergang wird so auf ein Matching zwischen organisationalen Entitäten reduziert. Dadurch werden die organisationale Herstellungsarbeit von Übergängen in den Infrastrukturen 'betreuter Kindheit' (Honig, 2011) und die darin enthaltenen pädagogischen und sozialen Implikationen kaum in den Blick genommen. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird in diesem Beitrag am Beispiel der sog. Ganztagsbetreuung vorgeschlagen, Übergänge theoretisch in einer aktualisierten sozialökologischen Perspektive als Grenzobjekte von Infrastrukturen zu konzeptualisieren und damit als Phänomene, die relational hergestellt und bearbeitet werden, zu analysieren. Abstract (English):Currently, transition research often has a narrow scope irrespective of its institutional and organizational theory. This implies an instrumental understanding of transitions, in which mainly phrases like "transition management", "transition counselling", "cooperation" or "educational partnership" occur. Transition is thus reduced to a matching between organizational entities. As a result, the organizational work of producing transitions within the infrastructure of 'cared-for childhood' (Honig, 2011) and the associated pedagogical and social implications are rarely considered. Within this context, this paper proposes to theoretically conceptualize transitions in an updated socio-ecological perspective as boundary objects of infrastructures and thus as phenomena that are relationally produced and processed.
