| Abstract (German): | Ausgehend von dem problematischen Verhältnis zwischen Lehrerausbildung und der späteren Berufspraxis junger Lehrer wird das Problem behandelt, wie zu Ausbildungszwecken die immense Komplexität des pädagogischen Feldes für den Lehrerstudenten zu reduzieren ist. Anschließend werden die Projektarbeit und das Microteaching auf ihre Leistungen zur Komplexitätsreduktion hin untersucht. Der Verfasser entwickelt dann eigene Vorstellungen zur Komplexitätsreduktion und stellt die sich daraus ergebenden hochschuldidaktischen Konsequenzen dar. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | This essay proceeds from the problematical relationship between teacher-training and the subsequent teaching-practise of young school-teachers and discusses the problem how immense complexity of the pedagogical field can be reduced for the purpose of teacher-training. The author investigates projectwork and microteaching in relation to their contribution to complexity-reduction. In the course of the argument he evolves an own conception of complexity-reduction and its consequences for teaching on university level. |
