| Abstract (German): | Gruppendynamische Trainingsprogramme für studentische Tutoren wurden in den vergangenen 15 Jahren wiederholt gefordert, entwickelt und zum Teil evaluiert. Aus mehreren Gründen hat der Verfasser dieses „alte“ Thema wieder aufgegriffen: Nach wie vor fehlt es an einer handlungsorientierten Ausbildungsmöglichkeit im Gruppenleiterverhalten für Studenten der Erziehungswissenschaft an der Hochschule; ein gruppendynamisches Trainingsprogramm, das in ein Ausbildungskonzept für Tutoren sinnvoll integriert ist, könnte dieses Defizit beheben helfen; die bisherigen Ergebnisse der Unterrichtsforschung lassen vermuten, daß eine Ausbildung in gruppendynamischen Interventionsverfahren auf der Basis eines verhaltensorientierten Trainingsdesigns möglich und sinnvoll ist. In diesem Aufsatz wird solch ein Trainingsdesign vorgestellt und von ersten Ergebnissen berichtet. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In the last 15 years training programmes for student-tutors have been repeatedly called for, developed and to a certain extend evaluated. It is for several reasons that the author has once again taken up this „old“ topic: There is still no practical training in group-leader behaviour available for Students studying education at university. A training programme in group dynamics sensibly integrated into a study-plan for tutors could help to remedy this deficit. The results of teaching-research have up to now lead us to believe that training in group dynamic intervention-procedures, based on a behaviour orientated training-plan is both possible and useful. This essay attempts to introduce such a training-plan and to report on first results. |
