| Abstract (German): | Im vorliegenden Artikel werden Elemente der Gesprächsführung beschrieben. Zusammenfassend werden diese Elemente "Direktive Gesprächs-Führung" genannt. Sie besteht aus Elementen, die ursprünglich aus der Hypnosetherapie kommen und insbesondere von Milton H. Erickson beeinflußt wurden. Es werden Durchführung und Ergebnisse eines Trainings beschrieben, in dem das Personal einer Kurklinik in Direktiver Gesprächs-Führung trainiert wurde. Die Ergebnisse lassen den Schluß zu, daß sich die beschriebenen Inhalte und Methoden sowohl für klinische als auch für nichtklinische Bereiche, positiv nutzbar machen lassen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In the present paper, elements of conduct of conversation are described. Summarizing, these elements are called "directive conduct of conversation". It consists of elements being used in hypnotic therapy which have been influenced exspecially by Milton H. Erickson. Starting with the elements of directiv conduct of conversation, realization and results of a training are described. In this training the staff of a (cure) clinic was trained in directive conduct of conversation. The results allow the conclusion that the described contents and methods can also be fruitfully used in other, nonclinical spheres. (DIPF/Orig.) |
