| Abstract (German): | Einleitend werden der Gegenstand Supervision und die Vorteile der Gruppensupervision beschrieben. Einige Bemerkungen zum Problem der Methodenintegration allgemein führen auf das zentrale Interesse des Artikels hin: Es wird aufgezeigt, wie die psychoanalytische und die gruppendynamische Theorie integrativ herangezogen werden können, um Gruppenprozesse in der Supervisionsarbeit zu erfassen. Dazu werden schrittweise die Ziele von Supervision, die Rolle des Supervisors und seine Interventionen und der Gruppenprozeß in ihrer Wechselwirkung betrachtet. Es wird sich zeigen, daß die integrative Herangehensweise notwendig ist, um Gruppenprozesse in der Supervisionsarbeit sinnvoll erfassen zu können. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | By way of introduction the topic of supervision and the advantages of group supervision will be described. Some general observations about the problem of method integration lead to the main focus of the article: To demonstrate how psychoanalytic and group dynamic theory can be used integrally to comprehend group processes in supervision. To this end the aims of supervision, the role of the supervisor, the extent of his intervention and group process are considered interdependently. It will become apparent that an integrative procedure is necessary in order to best understand group processes in supervision. (DIPF/Orig.) |
