| Abstract (German): | Da gesellschaftliche Diskurse nicht losgelöst von Machtverhältnissen, die alle Bereiche unserer Gesellschaft, unseres Denkens, Fühlens und Handelns durchziehen, betrachtet werden können, ist es vor allem in wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten unabdingbar, die eigene Positionierung im Erkenntnisprozess zu reflektieren, um einer Reproduktion dominanter Machtstrukturen entgegenzuwirken und sich dem eigenen Anspruch einer kritischen Forschung anzunähern. Der vorliegende Beitrag ist geprägt von der Perspektive der Autorin als muslimische Wissenschaftlerin of Color und Gastarbeiter:innenkind, sozialisiert und aufgewachsen in den neo-kolonialen, neo-liberalen, rassistischen, sexistischen, ableistischen und klassistischen Strukturen innerhalb Deutschlands. Im vorliegenden Beitrag möchte sie den Lesenden Einblicke in und sich die Gelegenheit zur Reflexion über die Konzeption eines Poetryslam-Workshops als Empowerment-Angebot innerhalb einer rassismuskritischen Mädchen:arbeit geben. Die Überlegungen und Gedanken dazu bedürfen neben den Ausführungen zur konkreten pädagogischen Praxis, ebenso einer tiefergehenden (historischen) Betrachtung mithilfe von dekolonial und postkolonial-feministischer Theorien, die daher in diesem Beitrag als theoretische Grundlage dienen. | Abstract (English): | Since social discourses cannot be viewed in isolation from the power relations that permeate all areas of our society, our thinking, feeling and acting, it is essential, especially in scientific work, to reflect on one's own positioning in the cognitive process in order to counteract the reproduction of dominant power structures and to approach one's own requirements of critical research. This article is shaped by the author's perspective as a female Muslim scientist of color and 'Gastarbeiter:innenkind', socialized and raised in the neo-colonial, neo-liberal, racist, sexist, ableist and classist structures within Germany. In the following, she would like to give the readers insights into and give herself the opportunity to reflect on the concept of a poetry slam workshop as an empowerment offer within anti-racism girls' work. In addition to the explanations on the concrete pedagogical practice, the reflections and thoughts on this also require a more in-depth (historical) consideration with the help of decolonial and postcolonial-feminist theories, which therefore serve as a theoretical basis in this article.
