Gezeigt wird eine Reihe systematisch aufeinander bezogener Gelingensfaktoren, die - als Metaziel der Schulentwicklung - die Entwicklung einer dauerhaften Problemlösungsfähigkeit der Einzelschule intendieren. | Abstract (English): | The rapid social and societal changes have vital effects on school development. Schools want to and have to meet these challenges. However, this can't be achieved without special conditions. The paper presents a number of systematically related factors, the meta goal of school development, so to speak, intended to enable each individual school to develop its own capacity for solving problems.
