| Abstract (German): | Bis vor kurzem wurde die Erzähltheorie oder Narratologie nicht oder nur am Rande zur Beurteilung und Förderung der Qualität von Unterricht herangezogen, obschon narrative Elemente in diesem eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Die Dialogtheorie des russischen Erzähltheoretikers Michail Bachtin (1895-1975) und weitere Analysen von "Geschichten" erlauben es, die Einflussnahme der Lehrenden auf die geistige Welt der Lernenden besser wahrzunehmen und zu umschreiben. | Abstract (English): | Until recently, narrative theory has not been used to analyse and discuss the quality of Science teaching, although it has been shown that narrative elements are essential for its success. The analysis of „dialogism“, a theory developed by the Russian linguist and epistemologist Mikhail Bakhtin (1895-1975), and other theories of story-telling can help to discuss and understand the roles and fiinctions of teachers in the teaching process, and to improve Science teaching.
