| Abstract (German): | In diesem Artikel werden die theoretischen fachdidaktischen Grundlagen beschrieben, die zu einer Operationalisierung der Standards mit dem Ziel einer modellbasierten und fairen Testung zu Evaluationszwecken beitragen. Dazu werden zunächst einige bildungstheoretische Aspekte sowie Grundannahmen der Operationalisierung dargestellt. Im Anschluss wird das Kompetenzmodell vorgestellt, das der Evaluation der Bildungsstandards in den Naturwissenschaften zugrunde liegt, die im Auftrag der KMK 2012 durchgeführt werden soll. Ferner werden die Aufgabenentwicklung und die geplante empirische Überprüfung der Konstruktvalidität des vorgeschlagenen Kompetenzmodells erläutert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In this article we describe the fundamental science education theories and ideas that are needed to operationalize national education standards. The end goal is to develop a test that consistently and fairly evaluates these standards and the school system as a whole. The applied educational theories, basic assumptions of this operationalization and the competence model used for the test are all explained in the following. Item development and the planned empirical study to show the test's construct validity will also be illustrated. (DIPF/Orig.) |
