| Abstract (German): | Ein Spiralcurriculum im Sachunterricht zum Thema Ernährungs- und Verbraucher*innenbildung (EVB) kann helfen, die Inhalte des Unterrichts in unterschiedlichen Jahrgangsstufen beim Lehren und Lernen in heterogenen Schulklassen zu gestalten. | Abstract (English): | A spiral curriculum in elementary teaching on the topic of nutrition and consumer education (NCE) can help shape heterogenous classes in the content of the class in different school years. In the article there is a spiral curriculum of NCE with the primary level in focus that is based on evaluated best practice examples that were developed. (DIPF/Orig.) |
