| Abstract (German): | Ernährungs- und Verbraucherbildung (EVB) kann einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur sachunterrichtlichen Bildung bieten, weil das Prinzip des Anschlusses an die Lebenswelt für beide Bildungsbereiche konstitutiv ist. Vor allem der Umgang mit den Präkonzepten und der Heterogenität der Lernenden spielt in beiden Fachdidaktiken eine wesentliche Rolle und ist in der Didaktik der EVB so ausgearbeitet, dass die sachunterrichtliche Bildung davon profitieren kann. | Abstract (English): | Nutrition and consumer education (EVB) can offer an essential contribution to general science education in the subject ‘Sachunterricht’ because the principle of connection to the lifeworld is constitutive for both educational fields. Especially the handling of the pre-concepts and the heterogeneity of the learners play an essential role in both subject didactics and are elaborated in the didactics of EVB in a way that general science education can benefit from it.
