| Abstract (German): | Die Anforderungen an das Kompetenzprofil von Dozierenden, die in der Ausbildung von Berufsbildungsverantwortlichen tätig sind, sind facettenreich. Vorgestellt wird ein Förderprogramm für die Stärkung dieses Kompetenzprofils, das aus Job-Shadowings sowie einer gemeinsamen und einer individuellen Reflexion besteht. Der vorliegende Beitrag intendiert, auf der Basis einer Evaluation zweier Pilotdurchläufe Erfahrungen in Bezug auf die Stärkung des Kompetenzprofils zu berichten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass zum Beispiel die Begleitung der Dozierenden durch eine Person mit Expertise und Netzwerk sowie eine gute Balance zwischen Vorgaben und Freiheiten bei der Programmgestaltung vorteilhaft zu sein scheinen. | Abstract (English): | The demands on the competency profile of lecturers who work in vocational education and training are diverse. This article presents a programme for strengthening this competency profile which consists of job shadowing as well as group and individual reflection. Based on an evaluation of two pilot runs, the article aims to report experiences concerning the strengthening of the competency profile. In this regard, for example, both the support of lecturers by a person with expertise and a network and a good balance between guidelines and freedom in the design of the programme seem to be advantageous.
