| Abstract (German): | Neue Lernkulturen in der beruflichen Grundbildung in Schweizer Betrieben zeigen, dass Eigenverantwortung, Teamarbeit, individualisierte Lernlaufbahnen, frühe Führungskompetenzförderung und generell der Aufbau transversaler Kompetenzen stärker gefördert werden. Damit einher gehen neue Anforderungen an die Berufsbildnerinnen und Berufsbildner in Lehrbetrieben, die Ausbildung neu zu gestalten und Lernende stärker im Lernprozess zu begleiten als direkt anzuleiten. Anhand von Ergebnissen aus neun Fallstudien zu neuen Lernkulturen in der berufspraktischen Ausbildung zeigt der vorliegende Beitrag auf, welche Job- und Kompetenzprofile es für das betriebliche Bildungspersonal gibt und welche Aus- und Weiterbildungsbedarfe aufgrund der Gestaltung neuer Lernkulturen bestehen. | Abstract (English): | New learning cultures in vocational education in Swiss companies show an increased emphasis on self-responsibility, teamwork, individualized learning paths, and the development of transversal competencies. This shift implies new demands on vocational trainers and expects them to redesign training approaches and to support apprentices more actively in their learning process rather than directly instructing them. Based on findings from nine case studies on new learning cultures in vocational training, this article outlines the job and competency profiles required of company-based educational staff and identifies the needs concerning training and professional development that arise from the implementation of new learning cultures.
