| Abstract (German): | One Health Education im Setting Volksschule umzusetzen, ist eine Herausforderung, die mit der gemeinsamen Gestaltung einer One-Health-konformen Verpflegung gelingen könnte. Das erprobte Konzept fusioniert die für Kinder adaptierten Empfehlungen der Planetary Health Diet mit der Optimierten Mischkost optimiX® und dient dazu, die Kinder hinsichtlich generationengerechter Ernährung nachhaltig ‚anzustupsen‘. | Abstract (English): | Implementing One Health Education in a primary school setting is a challenge that could be met by jointly designing One Health compliant snacks. The proven concept fuses the recommendations of the Planetary Health Diet adapted for children with the Optimized Mixed Diet optimiX® and serves to nudge the children in the direction of generation-appropriate nutrition.
