Aufgrund der globalen Auswirkungen der ressourcenintensiven Fleischproduktion wird dies aber zunehmend in Frage gestellt. Eingebettet in soziale, kulturelle, ethische, ökologische und gesundheitliche Zusammenhänge bietet das Thema Fleisch und Fleischessen vielperspektivischen Bildungsgehalt für die schulische Ernährungs- und Verbraucherbildung. | Abstract (English): | Meat and meat-eating are a matter of course and normality in food culture, but the global effects of resource-intensive meat production are increasingly calling this into question.
