(DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The goal of food preparation classes is to promote independent, reflective action in everyday life. To teach the associated work processes in a competency-oriented manner, the action model for goal-oriented work serves as a structuring framework. Learning tasks, and particularly learning journals, support the practice of these processes and make students’ performance visible. (DIPF/Orig.) |
