| Abstract (German): | Für primäre Prävention in ländlichen Einzugsgebieten von Erziehungsberatungsstellen ist der Weg einer gemeinwesenbezogenen Aktivierung von Familien nicht gangbar. Als Konzeption wird stattdessen eine institutionenorientierte Prävention vorgeschlagen, die zwei Arbeitsschwerpunkte hat: Die Vermittlung sozialer/erzieherischer Kompetenzen an Familien und andere primäre Sozialisationsinstanzen sowie die Erweiterung familiärer Ressourcen über die Zusammenarbeit mit nachgeordneten/überwachenden Instanzen psychosozialer Versorgung. Am Beispiel von Elternarbeit in Kindergärten und sozialpolitischer Interessenvertretung im Pflegekinderbereich werden Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dieser Konzeption diskutiert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | For primary prevention in rural districts of family-counseling it is not possible to put families on the way of community development. Instead of this there is proposed a conception of institutionalized prevention. Emphasis is layed on two crucial points: To give social and rearing competencies to families and other institutions of primary socialisation and, on the other hand, to enlarge family-ressources by cooperation with subordinated and controling institutions of psychosocial welfare. Possibilities and bounds of this conception are discussed by to examples: guidance of parents in nursery-schools and political advocacy-planning for the rearing of foster-childs. (DIPF/Orig.) |
