| Abstract (German): | Steuerung basiert nicht allein auf dem Einsatz von Geld und Gesetz, sondern als Gestaltungseingriffe gelten auch strukturierende Interventionen sowie der Einsatz von Wissen. Anhand konkreter Interventionen der Schweizerischen Konferenz der kantonalen Erziehungsdirektoren (EDK) wird für das Feld der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung in der Schweiz aufgezeigt, welche politischen Steuerungsinstrumente zur gesamtschweizerischen Koordination der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung eingesetzt werden und wie sich diese im Laufe der Zeit verändert haben. |
| Abstract (English): | Policy-Instruments include much more than financial and regulatory tools, and also contain structuring means and the concerted use of knowledge. The following article aims to describe the use of different instruments for Swiss teacher education by analyzing specific field-intervention of the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education. The analysis then shows the change within the clusters of instruments used over time. |
