| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag stellt Ziele und Vorgehen eines Pilotkonzepts der Pädagogischen Hochschule FHNW vor. «Partnerschulen für Professionsentwicklung» sollen Studierende dabei unterstützen, in einer situierten Lernumgebung des Schulfeldes komplexe berufspraktische Kompetenzen aufzubauen. Die begleitende Studie zur Intervention untersucht die Professionalisierung der Studierenden über die Projektdauer und im Vergleich zu einer Kontrollgruppe sowie die Reaktionen des Feldes auf die Implementierung. Einblicke in eine Pilotschule des laufenden Projekts veranschaulichen den Aufbau einer Arbeits- und Lerngemeinschaft, die Fokussierung des Lernens der Schülerinnen und Schüler und den Weiterentwicklungsprozess des Projekts. |
| Abstract (English): | This paper describes the concept of a pilot program at the FHNW School of Education. The so-called «Partner Schools for Professional Development» are situated learning environments that support student teachers construct complex professional knowledge in the field. The study accompanying the pilot program examines the professionalization of the students during the project and in comparison to a control group as well as the reactions of the field to the implementation. Insights into a pilot school of the ongoing project illustrate the construction of a professional learning community focusing student learning, and the development process of the project. |
