| Abstract (German): | Am Institut Sekundarstufe I der Pädagogischen Hochschule Bern (PH Bern) ist eine Spezialisierung implementiert worden, welche angehenden Lehrerinnen und Lehrern die Vertiefung von Kompetenzen in Klassenführung und Konfliktmanagement ermöglichen soll. Die Konzeption zielt auf eine enge Vernetzung von theoretischen und praktischen Anteilen: Die an einer anspruchsvollen Oberstufenklasse gemachten Erfahrungen werden vor Ort mit der Klassenlehrperson und an der PH in Begleitgruppen reflektiert. Die Lern- und Entwicklungsprozesse werden in einem Portfolio dokumentiert und in einem Klassenführungskonzept synthetisiert. Dieses spiegelt das aufgebaute pädagogische Wissen wider, welches im Hinblick auf die künftige Berufstätigkeit eine normative Gewichtung erfährt. |
| Abstract (English): | The teacher training program in Berne (PH Bern, Institute of Secondary Education I) has recently implemented a specialization course designed to enable future teachers to consolidate their competences in classroom and conflict management. Its conception is aimed at closely linking theoretical and practical aspects. The trainee teachers reflect their experiences made in challenging classroom situations in lower secondary level schools together with supervising teachers in the field and afterwards in groups at college. Their learning and development processes are documented in a portfolio and synthesized in a classroom management concept. The latter reflects the gain in pedagogical knowledge which is weighted normatively with regard to the students’ future professional lives. |
