| Abstract (German): | Die Anforderungen an fachdidaktische Forschung, insbesondere an pädagogischen Hochschulen, sind vielfältig: Sie muss den Ansprüchen der Fachwissenschaft, der Lehr-Lern-Psychologie und nicht zuletzt der Praxis genügen, soll finanzierbar und mit den zur Verfügung stehenden personellen Ressourcen durchführbar sein. Darüber hinaus ist die Verknüpfung von fachdidaktischer Forschung sowohl mit der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Lehrpersonen als auch mit dem Praxisfeld Schule anzustreben. Der Beitrag zeigt zum einen noch offene Forschungsfelder der Naturwissenschaftsdidaktik auf, zum anderen gibt er Hinweise auf Gelingensbedingungen für naturwissenschaftsdidaktische Forschung, insbesondere für eine gewinnbringende Verknüpfung von Forschung, Lehre und Praxis. |
| Abstract (English): | The requirements for research in science education, particularly within the context of Swiss universities of teacher education («pädagogische Hochschulen»), are manifold: Firstly, researchers in that field have to meet the demands of specialized science, of instructional psychology, and of the school context. Secondly, sufficient funding has to be provided. Finally, research should be feasible with the available human resources. In addition, research in science education should be linked to pre-service training and in-service training of teachers as well as to the field of school practice. Against this background, the paper explores promising research areas of science education. It also indicates conditions for success of research in science education, with special attention given to the fruitful combination of research, teaching and practice. |
