| Abstract (French): | Cet article s’intéresse à un dispositif de formation mettant en scène des collégiens en difficulté scolaire, qui forment à l’usage d’outils connectés des séniors dans un Etablissement pour Personnes Agées Dépendantes. La recherche s’est déroulée dans un atelier auquel nous avons participé pendant sept mois, en tant qu’observateurs. Elle montre que, sous certaines conditions, la relation établie autour du numérique entre adolescents et séniors permet de favoriser à la fois une "autoformation accompagnée", pour les collégiens qui développent des savoirs et des compétences insoupçonnées, mais aussi une véritable "réciprocité formatrice", pour les jeunes comme pour les séniors. | Abstract (English): | This paper presents an educational experimentation involving middle school students with learning disabilities who train seniors for the use of digital tools and connected software. The research took place in a specific workshop, based in an old people’s home for elderly dependent, where we spent seven months as observers. The results show that, under certain conditions, the relationship established around the digital devices between teenagers and seniors can promote new forms of training, as a self- and co-education, for college students who develop unsuspected knowledge and skills, but also a real "educational reciprocity" for both young and old learners.
