| Abstract (German): | Im Zuge weltweiter Krisen und einer global vernetzten Welt ist Migration zu einem alltäglichen und selbstverständlichen Bestandteil unserer Gesellschaft geworden. Auch die Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung ist permanent gefordert, sich neben den global und/oder regional bedingten technologischen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Entwicklungen den migrationsbedingten Veränderungen zu stellen und diese stets zielgerichtet, bedarfsorientiert und adressatInnengerecht zu gestalten. Aus einer Perspektive auf Zugänge zu beruflicher Weiterbildung setzt und diskutiert der Beitrag drei wichtige Impulse mit Blick auf die AdressatInnen, Kompetenzen und Organisationen in der Migrationsgesellschaft und plädiert für eine diversitätsorientierte Gestaltung beruflicher Weiterbildungsarbeit. | Abstract (English): | In the course of global crises and a globally networked world, migration has become a commonplace and acknowledged element of our society. Adult education/continuing education is also permanently challenged to respond to migration-related changes along with global and/or regional technological, economic and political developments and to organize them in a targeted, needs-oriented and target group appropriate manner. From the perspective of access to professional development, the article identifies and discusses three important impulses with regard to addressees, competences and organizations in the migration society and argues for a diversity-oriented organization of professional development.
