| Abstract (German): | Die Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildungsforschung steht vor der Herausforderung, dass ihr ein dynamisches und heterogenes Praxisfeld gegenübersteht, dessen Besonderheiten es zu berücksichtigen gilt. Im Beitrag wird die Stärkung eines dialogorientierten Forschungsansatzes vorgeschlagen. Dieser betont die Bedeutsamkeit von gleichberechtigter Partizipation, Kommunikation, Reflexion und Emanzipation für das Wissenschafts-Praxis-Verhältnis. Anhand eines Forschungsprojektes werden die Anforderungen an ein dialogorientiertes forschungsmethodisches Vorgehen veranschaulicht. Dieses bedarf der Schaffung einer vertrauensvollen Basis und Dialogräumen, der Implementierung eines kontinuierlichen Dialogs während des Forschungsverlaufs sowie der praxisorientierten Kommunikation der Projektergebnisse und der dialogisch-reflexiven Entwicklung neuer Fragestellungen. | Abstract (English): | Adult and continuing education research is faced with the challenge of a dynamic and heterogeneous field of practice whose specialities need to be taken into account. This article proposes the strengthening of a dialogue-oriented research approach. It emphasises the importance of equal participation, communication, reflection and emancipation for the science-practice relationship. A research project is used to illustrate the requirements of a dialogue-oriented research methodology. This requires the creation of a trusting basis and dialogue spaces, the implementation of a continuous dialogue during the research process as well as the practice-oriented communication of the project results and the dialogue-reflective development of new questions.
