| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag plädiert dafür, drei Dimensionen von Bildung zu unterscheiden: In der Verhaltensdimension, und im Anschluss an den Freiherrn Knigge, bedeutet Bildung die Sicherung der Erwartbarkeit des Verhaltens für andere, in der Kompetenzdimension, und in den Dimensionen der PISA-Debatte, die Garantie des Bildungsminimums und die Kultivierung der Lernfähigkeit, in der sozialen Dimension die Handlungsfähigkeit in der je eigenen Kultur. Bildung in diesem Verstande ermöglicht dann die selbstständige Teilhabe an Gesellschaft und Kultur und die Fähigkeit der Konstruktion des Lebenslaufs als Lernbiografie. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | This paper makes an argument for a differentiation between three dimensions of education: In the dimension of behavior, and following Baron Knigge, education means securing the expectability of behavior for others, in the dimension of competences, and that means: in the dimensions of the debate on PISA, it means guaranteeing a minimum of formation and cultivating the learning aptitude, and in the social dimension, it means the capacity to act in one's own culture. On this note, education allows self-reliant partaking in society and culture und the ability to construct one's lifetime as learning biography. (DIPF/Orig.) |
