| Abstract (German): | Als Beispiel für pädagogisch-therapeutischen Unterricht wird die Konfliktgruppenarbeit in der Grundschule vorgestellt. Es handelt sich bei diesem Aufsatz um eine Nachuntersuchung dieser Selbsterfahrungsarbeit, die zeigen soll, auf welche Weise die psychoanalytisch orientierte Gruppenarbeit, in den Unterricht eingebettet, zur Persönlichkeitsentwicklung beitragen kann, zum Zu-sich-selbst-finden der Person zur Individuation. | Abstract (English): | The work of conflict groups in elementary school is presented as an example of educational-therapeutic teaching. This essay is concerned with a post-analysis of such encounter groups, in order to show in which ways psychoanalytically-orientated group dynamics, when embedded in a teaching situation, can contribute towards the development of the personality, the process of self-knowledge, and towards individualization.
