Abstract (English): | Through the example of 'sociability', this contribution shows that a historical-pedagogical approach to anthropology can integrate topics into the field of pedagogical knowledge which have been seldom looked at educationally. In this, it can support the development of a new orientation for the field of General Education Theory (Allgemeine Erziehungswissenschaft). 'Sociability' is reconstructed here as an interface between educational theory and social pedagogy, so that educational processes are conceived of in the context of interaction and group processes. In the classic ways of thinking about education according to Kant, Herder and Schleiermacher it is possible to trace their different reflections on 'sociability' back to social developments in history. This attempt could prove useful for current discussions in the field of General Education Theory. (DIPF/Orig.) |
