| Abstract (German): | Das selbst gesteuerte Lernen ist ein Ansatz, der beim Aufbau der überfachlichen Kompetenzen eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Der vorliegende Artikel präsentiert, wie motivationale Bedingungen zum selbst gesteuerten Lernen beitragen können und wie sie gefördert werden können. Am Beispiel der "Projektgruppe" wird gezeigt, wie motivationale Bedingungen für selbst gesteuertes Lernen im Betrieb nicht nur mit pädagogischen, sondern auch mit Instrumenten aus Nachbardisziplinen gefördert werden können. | Abstract (English): | Self-directed learning is an approach that plays a crucial part in the development of skills. The article presents the way in which motivational factors can contribute to self-directed learning and it also points out how these factors can be promoted. Through the example of the „project group” it is shown that motivational factors in a fabric can be promoted not only with pedagogical instruments, but also with the help of the neighbouring disciplines.
