| Abstract (German): | Im folgenden Beitrag werden Pestalozzis Schriften als autobiographische Selbstreflexion gelesen und interpretiert. Dabei werden nicht vorgefertigte psychoanalytische Kategorien benutzt, sondern im Anschluß an Diltheys Begründungen zum autobiographischen Verstehen aus den Schriften selbst Fragestellungen entwickelt, mit denen die Texte untersucht werden. | Abstract (English): | The author reads and interprets Pestalozzis writings as an autobiographical self-reflection In this, he does not rely on ready-made psycho-analytical categories, but rather examines the texts on the basis of questions deduced from the writings themselves following Dilthey’s concept of an autobiographical understanding The causes and experiences of Pestalozzis life have entered his theoretical texts and have changed without the texts themselves losing their systematic message.
