| Abstract (German): | Aggressives Verhalten im Kindes- und Jugendalter stellt ein Problem dar, das an vielen Schulen zu finden ist. Kinder mit Auffälligkeiten im Sozialverhalten stellen häufig eine besondere Herausforderung für ihre Klassenkameraden, Lehrer und Eltern dar. Da die Familie ein zentraler Einflussfaktor im kindlichen Sozialisationsprozess ist, sind in den vergangenen Jahren vielfältige Programme veröffentlicht worden, die Eltern unterstützen sollen, ihrer Erziehungsaufgabe besser gerecht zu werden. Durchgeführt werden Elterntrainingsprogramme meist von Fachleuten mit pädagogischem oder psychologischem Erfahrungshintergrund. Doch welchen Einfluss hat es, wie ein Trainer/eine Trainerin das von ihm/ihr umgesetzte Trainingsprogramm bewertet? Der Fokus dieses Beitrags liegt auf der Erfassung der Nützlichkeits- und Akzeptanzurteile von neu ausgebildeten Kursleiter/Innen zum MonteBaRo-Training. Außerdem wird erfasst, wie diese sich auf ihre Implementierungsintentionen (z.B. antizipiertes Abweichen vom Handbuch) auswirken. Die neu ausgebildeten Kursleitern/innen bewerteten den Ausbildungskurs sowie die Nützlichkeit des Programms und seiner Materialien und den gefühlten Grad der Vorbereitung auf eigene Kurse als sehr hoch. Es wurden keine signifikanten Korrelationen zwischen den angenommenen Faktoren und einer antizipierten Abweichung vom Trainingshandbuch gefunden. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Aggressive behavior during childhood and adolescence poses a problem in many schools. Children with social behavior problems often pose a challenge for their classmates, teachers and parents. Since the family is a central factor of influence in a child’s socialization, a lot of programs that support parents in the child rearing process were developed during the last years. These so-called parent trainings are usually conducted by professionals from the field of educational sciences or psychology. But how does the rating of such a program by the course instructors influence its effects? The present contribution focuses on the examination of the perceived usefulness and acceptability of the MonteBaRo-training as rated by newly trained course instructors. Additionally it was analyzed how these subjective ratings influenced the intended implementation of the training (i.e. anticipated deviation from the training’s manual). In summary, newly trained course instructors very high ratings for gave the training course, as well as the usefulness of the program and its materials and the extent to which they feel prepared for conducting own courses. No significant correlations were found between these indicators and the anticipated deviation from the training’s manual. (DIPF/Orig.) |
