| Abstract (German): | Im Rahmen einer Untersuchung der Berufswahlmotive angehender Erzieherinnen wurde versucht, bei den Pbn die Tendenz, im Sinne sozialer Erwünschtheit zu antworten, zu erfassen. Dies geschah mit Hilfe spezieller Items im Fragebogen. Faktorenanalytisch wurde eine Dimension extrahiert, die eine Annäherung an einen primär berufsspezifischen Aspekt der SD-Variablen (social desirability) darstellt. Es wurde weiterhin bestätigt, daß berufstypische Sterotype und tradierte Ideale auch heute noch wirksam sind.(DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In this course of a study motives for choosing the profession aspired to trainees at training Colleges for wellfare workers (eventually to be employed m pre-school education, kindergarten, and institutional care) it was tried to gouge the tendency of the test subjects to answer in the sense of social desirability. This was carried out with the help of special items in the questionnaire. Factor analysis produced different factors, among them one which represents the approach to a primarily profession- oriented aspect of the SD-variable. It was furthermore confirmed that stereotypes typical of the profession chosen and handed down ideals at still today effective in the choice of profession.(DIPF/Orig.) |
