| Abstract (German): | Die Planung von Fort- und Weiterbildungen für Lehrerinnen und Lehrer ist eine der zentralen Aufgaben und damit ein wesentlicher Teil der professionellen Kompetenz von Lehrkräftefortbildnerinnen und Lehrkräftefortbildnern. Der vorliegende Beitrag leitet aus erfolgreichen Fortbildungen im Fach «Mathematik» eine allgemeine, vierstufige Fortbildungsstruktur ab und zeigt auf, welche Planungstätigkeiten entlang dieser Stufen zur Erreichung der Fortbildungsziele empfehlenswert sind. Dadurch leistet er einen Beitrag zum Professional Development von Lehrkräftefortbildnerinnen und Lehrkräftefortbildnern. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The planning of in-service training courses and continuing-education programmes is one of the central tasks and therefore an essential part of the professional competence of teacher trainers. The article derives a general, four-level structure from successful concepts of in-service training in mathematics and explains, in accordance with these four levels, what planning activities are helpful in achieving the goals of continuing education. This structure and the corresponding model contribute to the professional development of teacher trainers. |
