| Abstract (German): | Dieser konzeptionelle Beitrag stellt ein theoretisch und empirisch fundiertes Modell der Schulleitungsrolle im Kontext (inklusiver) Schulentwicklung dar und entwickelt hieraus Implikationen für die Praxis der Schulleitung, der Bildungsadministration sowie der Schulleitungsfortbildung. Das Modell basiert theoretisch insbesondere auf dem Konzept der Rekontextualisierung, der Educational Governance Perspektive und dem Vier-Rahmen-Modell der Führungsorientierung nach Bolman und Deal. Es bezieht ferner empirische Befunde zur Wirkung und Rolle von Schulleitung im Kontext inklusiver Schulentwicklung ein. Obgleich die Genese des Modells der Forschung zu inklusiver Schule entspringt, kann es ohne weiteres auf Schulleitung im Allgemeinen übertragen werden. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The paper outlines a theoretical and empirical based model of the role of school principals in the context of (inclusive) school development. Practical conclusions are drawn for school leadership, educational administration, and advanced training of school leaders. The model introduced here is based on the theory of recontextualization and theeducational governance perspective as well as on the four-frame-model of leadership orientation by Bolman and Deal. Furthermore, it includes empirical findings on the effects and role of school principals in inclusive schools. Although its foundation comes from research on inclusive education, the model can easily be adapted for practice in more general contexts of school leadership. (DIPF/Orig.) |
