| Abstract (German): | Die Umsetzung der Vorschläge der EAT-Lancet Commission für die globale nachhaltige (Welt-)Ernährung kann nur Erfolg haben, wenn eine Veränderung im Essalltag aller Menschen sowie eine Steigerung der Wertschätzung von Lebensmitteln gelingt. Der Beitrag diskutiert am Beispiel des Projektes "GO-Sustainable Berlin" die Chancen für Ganztagsschulen als Lern- und Lebensort durch fächerübergreifende Projekte. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The implementation of the proposals of the EAT-Lancet Commission for global sustainable (world) nutrition can only be successful if a change in the everyday eating habits of all people and an increase in the appreciation of food is achieved. Using the project "GO-Sustainable Berlin" as an example, the article discusses the opportunities for all-day schools as a place of learning and living through interdisciplinary projects.
