| Abstract (German): | Die Ermöglichung der Bildungsteilhabe im Fall minderjähriger Geflüchteter wird von zwei institutionellen Faktoren beeinflusst: den migrationspolitischen und asylrechtlichen Rahmungen sowie der sozialen Selektivität eines Schulwesens, dessen niedrig qualifizierende Bildungsabschlüsse zu einer strukturellen Prekarisierung gesellschaftlicher Teilhabechancen beitragen. Der Beitrag rekonstruiert und diskutiert auf Basis empirischer Daten zu kommunalen Beschulungsstrategien die mehrebenenstrukturierten Mechanismen der Inklusion/Exklusion von sogenannten "Seiteneinsteigern". | Abstract (English): | To what extent educational participation of underage refugees is facilitated, depends on two institutional factors: the migration political frame and asylum legislation on the one hand and the social selectivity of the school system on the other, the low-qualifying educational attainments of which contribute to a structural precarization of societal participation opportunities. On the basis of empirical data regarding local schooling strategies, the article reconstructs and discusses the multilevel-structured mechanisms of inclusion/exclusion of so-called "side-intrants".
