| Abstract (German): | In diesem Beitrag wird der für den Sammelband gewählte Ansatz des Transformativen Inklusionsmanagements aufgegriffen, um Ansatzpunkte zur Entwicklung inklusiver Infrastrukturen auf der politischen Ebene der Kommunen zu suchen. Es wird dargestellt, wie Kommunen die Entwicklung einer inklusiven Infrastruktur durch eine beteiligungsorientierte Planung federführend steuern können. Dabei stehen die Aufgabenstellung der Kommunen, Fragen der Partizipation von Menschen mit Behinderungen und die Einbindung von anderen Akteur*innen im Mittelpunkt. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | This paper takes up the approach of transformative inclusion management chosen for the anthology to look for starting points for the development of inclusive infrastructures at the political level of municipalities. It shows how municipalities can lead the development of an inclusive infrastructure through participation-oriented planning. The focus is on the tasks of the municipalities, questions of participation of people with disabilities, and the involvement of other actors. (DIPF/Orig.) |
