| Abstract (German): | Dass die Schülerinnen und Schüler in Finnland bei den Leistungsstudien so erfolgreich sind, ist auf einen umfassenden Prozess zurückzuführen, der die ganze Gesellschaft und in der Folge auch das Bildungssystem verändert hat. Bildung für alle gilt als Voraussetzung für die "Wohlfahrt" der ganzen Gesellschaft. Entsprechende bildungstheoretische und lernpsychologische Konzepte prägen seitdem die Praxis des Lehrens und Lernens. Der Erfolg bestätigt, dass Finnland den Herausforderungen der Informationsgesellschaft... gewachsen ist... Im internationalen Vergleich ist Finnland gegenüber anderen Ländern... seit Ende der 60er Jahre bis Anfang des neuen Jahrtausends von einer Stellung in der Mitte bis zur internationalen Spitze vorgedrungen. | Abstract (English): | A comprehensive process which has changed the whole society and subsequently also the educational system is responsible for the fact that pupils in Finland are exceptionally successful in achievement studies. Education for all counts as a prerequisite for the "well-fare" of the whole society. Appropriate ideas from educational theory and learning psychology imprint the practice of teaching and learning. The success proves that Finland is better able to confront the challenges of the informational society than other countries. (DIPF/Orig.) |
