| Abstract (German): | Der Erfolg von Lehrerfortbildungen lässt sich an Kriterien unterschiedlicher Reichweite festmachen. In der Forschung wird nach den Meinungen der Lehrkräfte, nach der Entwicklung des professionellen Lehrerwissens, nach der Veränderung des beobachtbaren Lehrerhandelns und nach Auswirkungen auf Schülerleistungen gefragt. Der Beitrag fasst den Forschungsstand zusammen und gibt Empfehlungen für die Konzeption von Lehrerfortbildungen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The success of in-service teacher training programs can be measured in criteria with different range. The study differentiates between the opinions of teachers, the development of teachers' professional knowledge, the changes in professional acting of teachers, and the impact on student achievement. The article summarizes the state of research and gives recommendations for the conception of in-service teacher training programs. (DIPF/Orig.) |
