| Abstract (German): | Seit dem TIMSS-Schock wollen viele Bildungspolitiker den Schülerinnen und Schülern wieder mehr Tugenden und/oder "Schlüsselqualifikationen" vermitteln. Wenn dabei generelle Hinweise auf die Schwierigkeiten und Grenzen der Leistungsmessung nicht helfen, sollten wenigstens die Rahmenbedingungen für die Erteilung von "Kopfnoten" geklärt werden. | Abstract (English): | Ever since the shock caused by TIMSS, many politicians dealing with education intend to impart key qualifications or virtues. If general hints at the problems and limits of measuring achievement do not help, at least the conditions for giving head-grades should be clarified. (DIPF/Orig.) |
