| Abstract (German): | Aufgrund des sich ausbreitenden Lehrkräftemangels in Sachsen entwickelte das Zentrum für Lehrerbildung, Schul- und Berufsbildungsforschung (ZLSB) der TU Dresden 2011 ein Einstiegsmodell für Quereinsteigende, um diesen vor ihrem Berufseinstieg wesentliche fachdidaktische und bildungswissenschaftliche Inhalte des Lehramtsstudiums zu vermitteln. Das Programm „QUER – Qualifikationsprogramm für Akademiker zum Einstieg in den Lehrerberuf“ startete im April 2013 mit 39 Teilnehmenden und wurde im Oktober 2014 von 33 Teilnehmenden erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Der Abschlussbericht gibt detaillierte Einblicke in das Programm, seine Durchführung und empirische Befunde der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung. |
| Abstract (English): | Due to the growing shortage of teachers in Saxony, the Center for Teacher Education and Educational Research (ZLSB) at TU Dresden developed an entry-level model for lateral entrants in 2011 in order to provide them with essential didactic and educational science content before they start their careers. The program "QUER - Qualification program for academics entering the teaching profession" started in April 2013 with 39 participants and was successfully completed by 33 participants in October 2014. The final report provides detailed insights into the program, its implementation and empirical findings from the scientific monitoring. |
