| Abstract (German): | In der Art und Weise, wie Kinder und pädagogische Fachkräfte in Kindertagesstätten miteinander umgehen, lassen sich sehr unterschiedliche Interaktionsformen unterscheiden. Der Aufsatz geht von einer theoretischen Differenzierung von Erziehung, Lehre und Sozialisation als im engeren Sinne pädagogischen Prozessstrukturen und Führung und Sorge als weiteren Formen des Umgangs zwischen pädagogischen Fachkräften und Kindern aus. Am empirischen Material wird dann gezeigt, dass und wie Führung und Sorge Erziehungs-, Lehr- und Sozialisationsprozesse vorbereiten, begleiten, aber auch auf ihnen aufbauen können. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Very different forms of interaction can be distinguished in the way that children and pedagogical professionals in day-care centres interact with each other. The article starts from a theoretical differentiation of education, teaching, and socialization as pedagogical process structures in a narrower sense, and leadership and care as further forms of interaction between childcare professionals and children. Based on empirical material, it is then shown that leadership and care can prepare, accompany, and also build upon educational, teaching, and socialization processes, and how this is done.
